Listen. Learn. Grow. is not something we do at the end - it is in everything we do.
Our Bold Vibers and their families are involved from the very beginning: sharing ideas, making choices, shaping activities and experiences, taking part, telling us what worked and helping us decide what happens next.
We are committed to meaningful engagement, participation and co-production*. That means finding accessible ways for EVERYONE to have a voice. Preferences, reactions, choices and different ways of communicating all matter.
We want our community to be able to see the difference their lived experience and voice makes. We will share what we listened to, what we learned and how we grow as a result.
This will be a golden thread through BOLD VIBES. From the first idea to the experience itself, through to evaluation, learning, improvement and sustained growth.

111 attendees participated across our 3 events, Park Vibes - Heaton Park, Park Vibes - Wythenshawe Park and Plant Vibes - RHS Garden Bridgewater.
*What is co-production?
Co-production means doing things with people, not for them.
It means Bold Vibers and their families have a real say in what we do. Their experiences, choices, preferences and ideas help shape activities from the first idea, through planning and taking part, to feedback and deciding what happens next.
For example: At each of our summer meet-ups, Bold Vibers and their families told us what they enjoyed and what they wanted more of. They would like activities such as art, music, interactive fun and more opportunities to be together.
We use all feedback to support our vision, goals, approach and future events.
Co-production is not a one-off consultation.
For us, it is a continuous cycle of listening, learning and growing together.
BOLD VIBES belongs to our community.
Our community will always shape what comes next.
